How do I place an order?
Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout, please login for returning customers or register for new customers.
Step 3: Confirm your shipping address and shipping method.
Step 4: Choose your payment method.
Step 5: Click "Confirm Order" button. Our shopping cart will automatically link you to the Paypal site to process your payment.
Step 6: Once your Paypal payment is completed, please wait for couple seconds and you will be redirected back to our site to complete the transaction. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
How can I check my order status?
To check the status of your order, simply login to your account or e-mail us at sales@rainbowcatz.com.
Can you hold items for me?
We usually hold orders for 7 days only. If your payment is not received within this period, we will cancel it unless you have contacted us to arrange a payment date.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, e-check via Paypal, international money order and personal check (for Canadian customers only). If you want to use other payment methods, please contact us first.
I do not have a Paypal account. Can I use credit card?
Yes. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express even without having a PayPal account.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship internationally.
What is your shipping rate?
The minimum shipping charge is US$1.55 (up to 70g) to all countries. Our shipping is calculated based on the actual weight and dimension of an item. We tried our best to calculate the shipping rate accurately, but if you think that the shipping rate quoted in your shopping cart is too high, you are more than welcome to email us and we will double check it for you.

What is your shipping to Canada?
Since the postage to ship a parcel within Canada is VERY expensive, we lost money almost on every single shipment!!!! Therefore, starting from July, 2009, we ship all Canadian shipments via expedited parcel (with the exception of sticker items).

Do you charge any additional handling fees?
No, absolutely not. We DO NOT charge any extra packing and handling fees.
When will you ship my order?
We ship everyday from Monday to Friday! Usually, orders will be mailed within 3 business days after received your payment. During holiday or peak seasons, it may take longer to process your order. Please place your order in advance and thank you for your patient!
How long will I get my items?
All Packages are shipped via Canada Post. For orders shipped to US and Canada, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For international shipments, it usually takes around 7-10 business days to arrive, but some destinations may take longer time due to custom issue.
Do I need to pay tax or duties?
Province Sales tax (P.S.T.) is only applicable to British Columbia buyers in Canada. We don't charge any other tax, but you may need to pay import tax or sales tax and the tax rate is varied in different countries. Please contact your local custom office for more details.
Is my shipment insured and can I get a tracking number?
Shipping insurance is optional! Our S/H charge does not include shipping insurance and tracking number. If you want to add shipping insurance or tracking number to your shipment, please e-mail us to request a quote.
Can you send my order to a different address?
Yes, sure we can. We can send your items to your friend's address and include a note for you in the package. Just let us know the details in the message box when you check out, or e-mail us the details.
What happen if my parcel gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, we do not held any responsible for damages or lost, so we strongly recommended you to purchase shipping insurance. If your parcel has been insured, please go to Canada Post website (www.canadapost.ca) and use the insurance number that we have provided you to claim for your insurance.
What is your return policies?
All sales are final. If you notice that your parcel is damaged, opened or has been tampered with in transit, you must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim.
